EFTA - Peru
Negotiations of a free trade agreement between the EFTA states and Peru began in June 2007 and were concluded on 31 October 2008. The agreement was signed by the competent EFTA ministers on 24 June 2010 and by the competent peruvian Minister on 14 July 2010. The agreement has been put into force on 1 July 2011.
This agreement contains an article and an annex on electronic commerce.
