EFTA - Colombia
Free Trade Agreement between EFTA and Colombia
Within the framework of EFTA, Switzerland has taken up negotiations with Colombia in June 2007. They were concluded successfully on 13 June 2008 and the treaty texts have been initialled. The competent Ministers signed the Agreement on 25 November 2008. Its entry into force is expected for the second half of 2010.
This Agreement contains an article and an annex on electronic commerce.
