Complaints to the NCP

Possible violations of the OECD Guidelines can be reported to the NCP. If a complaint falls within the scope of the Guidelines, the NCP offers the parties involved a mediation process. The NCP publishes the outcomes of this dialogue.

Reports on specific cases

The NCP publishes a report setting out whether the submission falls within the scope of the Guidelines and whether it will take action in the case in question. If it offers mediation and, where appropriate, follows up on the agreement reached by the parties or the recommendations issued by the NCP, it also publishes these findings in reports.
