Regulation of working hours

Working hours are regulated by law and include provisions on maximum working hours, breaks, overtime, night work, Sunday work and minimum holidays.

Occupational safety and social security

The Employment Act and the Accident Insurance Act regulate health protection and occupational safety in the workplace. For postings, the employee generally remains covered by social security in the country of origin.
