Corporate sustainability has established itself today as a driver of innovation and a genuine competitive advantage. Companies that embrace this path strengthen their resilience, seize new market opportunities, and consolidate their position in an increasingly competitive global environment.

The Swiss Forum on Business and Human Rights is the premier platform for exchange and dialogue between the government, the private sector, academia, and civil society organisations. Building on the success of previous editions, the 2026 Forum will explore topics at the heart of current developments: artificial intelligence and new technologies, the financial sector, commodities, just transitions, and the role of boards of directors.

Through workshops, panel discussions, and keynotes, the Forum offers every participant a concrete opportunity to:

• Provide concrete tools and practical examples to integrate responsible business conduct into corporate strategy
• Promote and support the implementation of international standards on responsible business conduct
• Engage in discussions on emerging issues and international developments shaping the economy of tomorrow

The year 2026 also carries special significance: it marks the 50th anniversary of the OECD Guidelines  for Multinational Enterpriseson Responsible Business Conduct and 15 years of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights — two indispensable global references for any company committed to sustainability.
