As part of the NAP, events are regularly organised to support businesses.
Objective of the awareness-raising events
The events will provide inspiration and practical support for Swiss companies of different size and industries in implementing human rights due diligence. The events also aim to present the latest national and international developments in regulations and standards.
Calendar of upcoming events
The 3rd Swiss Forum on Business and Human Rights will take place on Monday, 2 November 2026, marking the 50th anniversary of the OECD Guidelines and the 15th anniversary of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Jointly organized by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA), it brings together businesses, authorities, academia and civil society for a multi-stakeholder dialogue on responsible business conduct, featuring plenary sessions and thematic workshops (artificial intelligence, sustainable finance, sport, just transition, grievance mechanisms, etc.).
