Need for revision of the Telecommunications Act confirmed

Bern, 23.09.2016 - The submissions received during the consultation on partial revision of the Telecommunications Act (TCA) confirm that adaptation of the legal basis is required. The Federal Council today acknowledged the results of the consultation and tasked the Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC) with preparing a draft revision of the TCA by September 2017.
