The goods have been reported to SECO as a potential violation of the Ordinance on Measures Connected with the Situation in Ukraine (SR 946.231.176.72). SECO is carrying out in-depth investigations, which will take a considerable amount of time. To speed up the process, we recommend that you send a copy of your identity documents to sanctions@seco.admin.ch, indicating the shipment number and the intended use of the goods. We will contact you once our investigations are complete.
Special case requests:
It is not possible to give a legally binding answer verbally. For efficiency purposes, we recommend that you send an e-mail to sanctions@seco.admin.ch setting out your situation in writing.
Pending requests:
Due to the large number of requests, it takes longer to process them. For efficiency purposes, we recommend that you send a reminder e-mail to sanctions@seco.admin.ch with any additional relevant information.

New XML-Format
Since 6 December 2023, the overall XML list of sanctioned individuals, entities, and organizations as well as the XML files of the amendments to the annexes to the ordinances have been made available in a new format. Only the modification regarding the possibility of having several sanction-set-id for the same target ssid will only be implemented from 1st April 2024.
