An advisory board advises the NCP on its strategic orientation as well as on the implementation of the OECD Guidelines. The advisory board counts 14 representatives. Next to the Director of SECO and three other members of the Federal Administration, two representatives of the following groups are members of the advisory board: employer associations, trade unions, business associations, NGOs, and academia. SECO operates the secretariat of the advisory board.
The deliberations of the advisory board are not public. The advisory board publishes however a short communication on its discussions and reports in the framework of the annual report of the NCP about its activities.
