Industrial goods

The goods control legislation regulates the export of dual-use goods, specific military goods and the handling of certain chemicals in Switzerland.

Sanctions

The Investment Screening Act (ISA) safeguards public order and security by subjecting acquisitions of domestic companies by foreign state-controlled investors to prior approval.

Electronic licences for export control ELIC

Elic is an electronic licensing system for the submission and processing of applications relating to industrial products (Goods Control Act) and war materiel (War Materiel Act).
