The National eGovernment Study 2025 published on 25 March 2025 shows that the online trend is continuing: the population and companies are increasingly using digital services provided by the authorities. The range of services offered by the authorities is also growing. At the same time, many users do not know which services are available digitally – they would like it to be easier to find the services.

Bürokratiemonitor: Weiterhin hohe administrative Belastung der Unternehmen
Eine Umfrage des SECO hat ergeben, dass zwei Drittel von über 2`000 befragten Unternehmen die administrative Belastung als eher hoch oder hoch wahrnehmen. Die Befragung wurde für den Bürokratiemonitor durchgeführt und hat die Ergebnisse von 2014 bestätigt. Generell ist die wahrgenommene Belastung während den letzten vier Jahren hoch geblieben.
